We made it to the pumpkin patch nice and early this year. If you all recall, last year we went on Tuesday the 11th. That night I went into labor and had Lydia the next day. WOOO. ;) This is a tradition going on three years for us now (doing it with Charlie's family) Last year and this year we went to Farmstead and the first year we went to Linder Farms. It was a blast again and I'm so glad we made it out. It was such a fun night for me to just relive every moment of our trip last year and what it meant for me going into labor. It was also a ton of fun to bring Lydia back to Farmstead and having it be her first experience. Natalia chickened out on the pony ride yet again. Thought for sure she would do it this time being a little older and her love of ponies darn it. Oh well. We got to do the big bouncy thing, play in the corn box, do the cow train ride, and even hit up the corn maze a little. It was a great evening and the girls were exhausted! We picked out some super cute pumpkins to bring home as well. Instead of a link on the Facebook column here is a link to click: Farmstead
I just love this time of year. I love fall! Bronco football, fall television, the weather, crunchy leaves, soups in the crock pot (going to try out a bunch of new ones this year, there is just something to be said of dinner being done that easy), our anniversary, fall clothing, family pictures, Halloween, Thanksgiving... all leading up to the very best holiday, Christmas! Not to mention that holidays are so much more fun with kiddos involved, especially with Natalia being so aware and understanding it all.
