Pumpkin Patch Take 1 (Linder Farms)

This year we are lucky enough (unless you ask Charlie) to go to the pumpkin patch twice!  We've made it an annual thing to go with Charlie's family but have only gone once that I can remember with my family.  My mom was in town for Lydia/Dexter's birthdays and wanted to treat everyone to a trip.  Derek's family prefers Linder Farms so that's where we went.  When we go with Charlie's family we usually go to Farmstead because it's closer to all of us.  So it worked out well that we get to visit a different one with each of our trips (Farmstead is on Mon the 20th)  Each one has their pros/cons though so it's nice to get a taste of each one. =)

Linder farms has sooo many things for the kiddos to do besides the pumpkin patch and corn maze.  The kids got such a kick out of all the rides.  Our little Lydia finally rode a pony!!  She was fearless when it came to the swings too.  It was awesome.  We had dinner there and then got some donuts to eat while walking the easy portion of the corn maze.  It was dark when we were done and the kids were wiped out but happy!   We didn't even make it onto the hay ride to go pick out a pumpkin we were so busy.  Quinton did awesome in my Ergo (so thankful he likes to be in there!) and fell asleep after dinner.  I got an awesome coat from my mom for Christmas last year that is meant to cover myself and Quinton while in the Ergo that came in handy and will get lots of use these next few months I'm sure.

I've created a Halloween album on Facebook where I'll post all the pictures from our trips to the pumpkin patches as well as Halloween it self.  Facebook Halloween 2014

These bikes were awesome, but too big for the little ones. But they said an adult could take them around, and they loved it! Charlie and Natalia

There it is, a quick recap of just one of our MANY fun things going on this month.  Seriously busy.  We are three weeks, THREE WEEKS, away from California!!!
