Christmas Decorating

I duked it out with the fireplace and it won...
While decorating our Christmas tree today for some reason not really known to Charlie or myself I decided to bonk my head on one of the bricks on the fireplace. I stood up funny and whack, my head took a beating. There's a nice big goose egg and a constant throbbing on my head now. Yay for me! But at least we got our tree up right?

Charlie took today off since he has to work on Friday. That's usually when we get everything from the shed and start decorating, but with Natalia around it gets a little tricky. So I decided to take full advantage of our day and get the house decorated. Seriously, it looks as though Christmas has thrown up in here. But it's a sparkling, twinkling, sweet Cinnamon smelling type of throw up he he he. We got the whole inside done and now just waiting for it to not be 10 degrees outside to get the outside done.

In case you didn't know... I LOVE CHRISTMAS! This is seriously my favorite time of the year. I love everything about it; the decorations, the lights, the music, the snow, the food, the family time. It's just all great. =) I'm hoping to rub all my love for Christmas onto our kiddos since Charlie doesn't really care one way or the other. It also seems that much more fun now that we have a kiddo and future kiddos to do Christmas with and see their excitement about it.

Ok, just to give you an idea to how pathetic I am... here is a picture of all my buckets that Charlie brought into the house today:
And, that's not counting the two that we forgot in the shed! GEESH! I'll post pics later once we are officially done. =)
